Keonjhar ( Orissa) : Unprecedented tension on Sunday morning prevailed in Orissa’s mineral rich Keonjhar district after six persons were killed in a road accident.

Police sources said at least six persons including four women were killed and six others got injured, after a wagon carrying them hit an iron ore- laden truck.

The incident took place at Balijodi, when the passengers were on their way to a pilgrimage site for picnic; District Superintendent of Police Asit Panigrahi said adding the truck has been seized.
