Bhubaneswar (Orissa) : In yet another sensation murder case in the State capital, the oriya music director Suman Mohanty was found dead at the Palasuni- Chakesuani Canal on Friday morning.
Miscreants had wrapped his body in a bed-sheet, inside his car dicky and pushed the car into the canal.
Though police are yet to find any lead on the motive behind the killing, but it clearly points out that Mohanty fell victim to a deep conspiracy. Sumant's private part was also chopped off, hospital sources said.
Meanwhile, the capital police detained a city based sound recordist and studio owner, album actress to get any clue on the murder case.
The capital police has constituted four special squads to track down the killer.
Sumant Mohanty shot into limelight for his music direction in the songs of Oriya film Pannata Kani, Giti Manjari, Upasana, Kichhi Khata and Kicchi Mitha and Pahacha Kahe Katha.
