Bhubaneswar ( Orissa ): Orissa CM, Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday condemned attack on Russian Tourist at beach town of Puri on Monday.

Meanwhile a youth was detained after Lisina Nadedza, a telecom engineer, complained that she was attacked and robbed of her belongings Monday.

According to the victim, she was on a bicycle when a man attacked her with a sharp knife and tried to snatch her bag.

The tourist, who has been in the beach city for some days, received stab injuries on her left hand.
