Bhubaneswar (Orissa): The BJD Supremo and the Orissa Chief Minister at Naveen niwas on Wednesday said that BJD won’t support BJP or Congress led Government at centre.

He clarified this while addressing to addressing a press conference, along with NCP supremo Sharad Pawar and senior CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury.

He also specified that the 11yr tie with the saffron party come to an end due to communal violence in the state, especially the Kandhamal district, and the ‘unreasonable demands’ made by it during seat-sharing talks.

Mean while, NCP leader Pawar praised the BJD government for breaking its ties with the BJP, saying it was important for the secular parties to come together.

He also made clear that the tie with BJD and left parties is only Orissa specific and kept all his options open, saying he could not say what will happen in the future.
